The scholarship fund was established for newbies, start-ups, cohorts, Oaksterdam students and individuals that are actively participating in the developing cannabis industry. There will be partial and full scholarships given, so that there is a wide variety of participants at the Grassroots Cannabis Conference 2016 (GRCC2016).
The GRCC2016 is a project of Mendocino Cannabis Resource, LLC.
